2. Description of Service

pezhio is a digital marketplace for purchasing and downloading ringtones. Our Service allows users to:

• Browse and preview available ringtones
• Purchase digital ringtone files
• Download purchased ringtones for personal use
• Create an account to manage purchases

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Purchases & Payments

All purchases are processed through our secure payment provider. By making a purchase, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• All payment information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will pay all charges incurred, including applicable taxes
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased ringtone(s). A receipt will be sent to the email address associated with your purchase.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a ringtone has been purchased and made available for download.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues preventing download (that we cannot resolve)
• Duplicate purchases made in error
• Product significantly different from description

To request a refund exception, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

6. License & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the ringtone for the following purposes:

• Setting as a ringtone on your personal mobile device(s)
• Personal, non-commercial use only

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the ringtone files
• Use ringtones in commercial projects, videos, or broadcasts
• Modify and redistribute the ringtones
• Claim ownership or authorship of the ringtones

7. Intellectual Property

All content on pezhio, including but not limited to ringtones, audio files, graphics, logos, and website design, is the property of pezhio or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

DMCA Notice: If you believe that any content on our Service infringes your copyright, please contact us with the following information:

• Description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Location of the allegedly infringing material on our Service
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Previously purchased and downloaded ringtones remain yours to use according to the license terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for any damage to your device or loss of data resulting from use of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEZHIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
